I was in a hull down 1on1 with the 121 against a T-62A on Serene Coast (C1) the other day, trying to shoot the flat part of the turret front. I was kinda surprised that I penned 3 shots in a row. I think I know why >:D
But can someone explain to me how they manage to fuck up some tank every goddamn patch? It's not like there were any changes made to those tanks. I could understand if it was a new HD model or something, but in this case the only thing they had to do was not to touch anything. Is that really too hard for WG? Best QA my ass...

Played my 62A yesterday - did 7k dmg, made 9 kills, 100 decap points and survived. Maybe my model is not broken :dealwithit:

BTW; Software (or to be more specific: the code) is a bitch. Sometimes you can't predict how changing a single line of code somewhere may affect something else.

Lousy coding.

They copypasta the code too much and can't keep track of all the places it's being used in game. They messed up this one fiddling with AMX30 mantlet probably.
I can't really think of any other reason.

The game has been out long enough so probably the original coders aren't there any longer and stuff like that is bound to happen.

Some game designer making changes to a collision model and then forget to revert or finish the work and save it to the live project branch? :eggplant: :tomatard: Its weird how many times this happened.

Anyone played the 30B on live? Upgrade to AMX-30 or just a step to the side? Looking at the DPM it seems the reload is now slower than the Leo1 but what about the aim bloom? Is it better? I also dislike the massive turret tumor.

It's crap. Aiming is better than the Leopard, but everything else is worse.

T-62A's gun was moved back a few cm in 9.7 and with that, the mantle was moved back too.

Well, I guess everyone knows how I feel about this tank. I love it. But, I will also admit, it is a very challenging tank to play. Driving the 113 successfully is all about making the 4° gun depression work. If you can do that, you will be rewarded with a tank featuring pretty good armor, high DPM and great mobility. But if you can't it will be the source of endless rage and frustration. It takes quite some patience to figure out the spots on all the maps where you can get the depression and to learn how to use the armor. I wouldn's say the 113 is particularly good or bad, but a rather unique challenge. If you like that, I'd say just grind it. Even if you don't enjoy the 113 in the end, it's still a bloody good line from T7 onwards.

It really isn't the same. It a difference of 33% and 25% gun depression. The difference between 121 and 113 is as big as the difference between IS-7 and T110E5. That's massive and it dictates how you have to play the tank. I'm currently trying to play the 121, and I still struggle, because all the positions that worked with the 113 don't work with the 121.

121 masterrace, only the mightiest can perform in it. 7,92sec reload with that alpha dmg is flippin' brutal.

Come to think of it it's in the same line as the mightiest WZ-132 masterrace

Coincidence?
