This relatively unknown cult classic game released in 1999, before it was recently digitally re-released, sold only 8000 boxed copies.
Game is about being a tribe's chieftain, ruling over your village with the help of the council, it has rich lore, mythology and setting where gods influence your relations with everything, lore itself is required to learn if you want to finish the game properly.
It's a mix of simulation, strategy, management and a RPG focused on proper decision making with a healthy dose of RNG, luck plays a huge role at times, but it can be manipulated.

That's right, well done. Too bad google had to be used, but I guess it would be otherwise impossible, since I'm apparently the only person that played it.
