Looks more like an older Quake part. Doom had those flat (2d) monsters.

Nope, no airwolf for amiga. It was a MS-DOS game I played on a 486DX.

I don't think anyone expect for you knows what game this is without using Google. Resolve please and take a less hipster game that we others hopefully played too before it was cool.
