My only two pets at this moment, really like them. They don't shed hair and best of all they do not make noise at night.

But on a serious note, I cannot wait to get an aquarium in my new appartment... >3

This was my old aquarium with discus fish:

You can probably adopt a doge in your local pet shelter and walk him on the weekends.

Win - win situation for both sides: doge gets walks and xun also :eggplant:

What did I get the negrep for? Especially a puppy is more than a full time job. A well-trained adult dog is way less work, but even then it's too much, because I cannot abandon it for the entire day I spend at work, and I'd have to spend my entire remaining free time outside trying to burn off some of the dog's energy. The kind of dogs that would be okay with such a treatment are not the kind of dog I'd want to have. I'd rather have no dog at all than a dog that is useless because lazy or braindead (or both).

I'm not too fond of "strange" dogs. I want a dog to be a best friend, a family member, whatever. I cannot get the same emotional attachment to a dog that isn't mine, especially if I only see it on weekends.

This is really important and a lot of times it isn't taken as seriously as it should and dogs might end up suffering because of it. In Sweden you are only allowed to leave the dog alone for a maximum of 6 hours, so if you are away working 8-9 hours every day and can't get someone to walk it for you somewhere in the middle, you are shit out of luck.
