Very little BF2, BF3, Planetside 2...none of them really requires practise to shoot so that was the main issue i had at the beginning.

None of them requires practice to shoot...
(-‸ლ)

BF2, BF3 and PS2 are all nobrainer point and click shit

Well your aim will get better while playing anyway.
Learning the movement or so to say "moves" you make, preaiming the right spots in the right angles and using the nades right, is way more important.
In a 5on5 you can pretty much get one kill each round by just spraying one down If you improve the stuff I mentioned.
And to improve that you have to actively try it, watch others how they play etc.

It's actually very hard to find a proper pro player who doesn't play ESEA Pugs and MM's like yoloing around all the time, rushing in getting 3k all the time. There's nothing you can learn from that basicly.

They take their pub matches as seriously as I take skirmishes.

Cause they can carry alone.
Well Kihrex its enough to watch all the official games. Its not like there arent thousands of those.
Watched Attax vs iNation yesterday and saw some nice moves by a guy I used to play CS:S with. He pretty much played A-Main solo on Mirage, so thats something one could easily use in Pugs. I just dont really have the time or motivation to train the smokes he used :D
