no story, just gore and dakka dakka

Just finished the SP and it was really nice, classic gameplay enhanced by some stuff like runes and different weapon upgrades. Really like it, although it could have been a tad bit longer, tried Hardcore Nightmare but died when i fired a grenade into an Imp close range full hp. They need to remove all the cutscenes and stuff from that difficulty to make it faster.

Also nice that the endboss can survive more then 10s this time around , nothing like Doom 1 where you just spray him with two BFG hits.

really like the singleplayer so far. doom never had proper movement like bonnyhopping which isnt here either, but its freaking fast and really intense sometimes

fucking hell knights though, jumping towards you and shit

they were meant to be slow!

So I did not feel like playing allot of tonks today. I Noticed that Firewatch was on sale so i decided to buy it. Played through it in a single sitting. It's sooooo guddddddd. A game where you never fire a single shot, that has simple yet perfect graphics, beautifull matching music and a great story 10/10.

So I finished DOOM, now doing 100% run, would recommend.
MP = meh thx to fixed load-outs, really not my cup of tea.

Nightmare is a nice challenge, 2 hits and you are dead. Not to mention Hardcore Nightmare. Rumors are that they are also making a new Quake game. Let's hope they don't fuck up the multiplayer again otherwise it would be 9/10.

I really enjoyed the first one, but the sequel looks like it's missing the same charm. Just something off with it that I really can't put my finger on.
Besides, I'm gonna be busy with Stellaris.

It's worth it, 7h of this night just went *wooooooooooosh*. The faction thing is actually kind of fun, you can create your own empire
