but if you run and do push ups/crunches on a regular basis its a fine and ez way to stay in shape and healthy, altho you could use some back training tho (even for better support in your everyday life) so maybe try lift some shit up the ground regulary :)

nice vid

Is this guy serious?
There are several books about how to workout without any equipment and its arguably the more healthier way too.
But what he showed....well...

I'm currently not having any access to any gym machines. Do you know good excercises to stregthen the pectoral muscles except for pressups? I'm already doing these, but it's starting to get boring as fuck after a while and I think there's nothing wrong with a bit of variety.

I can absolutely confirm that. It's just a great feeling to exhaust yourself and get happy afterwards <3

You could try to superset two exercises for the same group. It works wonders and you develop a very efficient muscle mass. Eg. 15 sets of dips (preferably wide stance), 20 secs break, 15 slow pushups. Do 5 supersets and tell me how your pectorals feel in the morning ;)

As far as loosing weight, heavy lifting is the thing that pays off the most. It makes your body burn fat for a prolonged period of time, whereas cardio doesnt seem to have that lengthy effect. For best results 45 mins of heavy lifting, followed by 15 mins interval cardio.

Last but not least, eating 1+kg of meat a day/everyday is stupid :deadseal:

Dropper post command tend to get easily damaged/broken sitting like that on the top of the bar, you might wanna put it on the other side so it sits underneath the bar.
Are you happy with the hopes? Im sick and tired of my avids, contemplating whether i should go for hopes or saint.

dude all the bikes here are specialized for downhill if you would try this without experience , you just end up with half your body being broken :tomatard:

None of them are full-on downhill rigs. This is what a proper DH bike looks like:

My bike is supposed to be enduro (which in reality is hardcore all mountain imho) and I enduro the fuck out of it >:)
