I also train pulling exercises, have some sling training stuff I use and a chin up bar hanging in my doorway.
Don't dare to train much with weights because of a torn ligament in my right shoulder, so I'm just training with bodyweight for upper body, I do train squats with some weights though.
Surgery is due sometime in April, right after I get home from Tokyo, so this fall sometime I can finally go full beastmode in the gym
