It was not printed until recently because the state of Bavaria held the rights. Now 70 years after the author's death the rights have ceased and anyone can print and publish the book. In a legal sense Mein Kampf is not anti-constitutional since it was written before the constitution, at least that's what courts have ruled in the past.
